Youth Counselor Residential Youth Counselor – 4-Day Work Week | Rumney, NH Pay: Up to $19/hour Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday (4 consecutive days, 3 days off every week!) You'll play a vital role in helping youth build coping skills, social skills, and confidence for a brighter future. Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor youth, model positive behaviors, and manage crises. Facilitate daily routines, recreational activities, and life skills training. Support individualized treatment plans and document progress. Build trusting relationships and provide emotional stability during challenging moments. Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree OR 60 college credits OR 2 years of experience working with youth OR 7 years of parenting experience. Valid driver's license preferred; must be 21 and authorized to work in the U.S. Background check required.
