Compensation: $100,000 Responsibilities: - No cold prospecting. Call back property inquiries and requests - Set appointments for our outside sales team - No marketing or advertising necessary - All buyer and seller leads supplied - Accountability and daily reporting Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred - Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software - 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role - Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car - Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal - A great attitude. Some customer service sales calling experience - Good phone etiquette. Organized and highly motivated - Self-disciplined.
