Sales Representative Role Summary Inside Sales Specialist will be
responsible for driving growth through remote sales activities. The
role focuses on qualifying leads, managing a defined book of
business, supporting account expansion, and closing smaller or
transactional deals in close partnership with Sales Development
Representative and Customer Success teams. Requirements Core
Responsibilities Qualify inbound leads and marketing-generated
opportunities for fit, urgency, and buying authority Conduct
discovery calls to understand customer needs, workflows, and pain
points Manage a pipeline of small-to-mid-size opportunities from
first contact through close Manage a portfolio of existing
customers for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Identify expansion signals and collaborate with Customer Success
Managers on larger opportunities Maintain accurate opportunity data
in CRM Own and close transactional or velocity-driven deals within
a defined segment or territory Act as a trusted point of contact
for customers with straightforward commercial needs Team player
working with both SDR and CSM’s Comfortable with outbound
prospecting and learning technical concepts Required Skills &
Experience 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, SDR, or
customer-facing roles Experience selling SaaS, technology,
services, life-sciences solutions preferred Strong discovery,
objection handling, and closing skills Clear, confident
communicator via phone, video, and email Ability to engage
scientists, technical users, and business buyers Strong listening
skills and consultative selling approach Familiarity with CRM
systems Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
simultaneously Preferred Experience with B2B sales, services, or
technology solutions Exposure to life science business or
