mission to save the planet! About the role We are currently seeking
a Sales Executive to help build our project pipeline by identifying
and connecting with potential feedstock suppliers. This role
requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of
sales processes, and the ability to build and maintain strong
customer relationships. Key Responsibilities - Identify and pursue
new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Conduct outbound lead generation, cold calls and respond to
inbound inquiries to generate leads with determination to stay on
track and follow up routinely with prospective customers. -
Coordinate and participate in introductory meetings between
feedstock suppliers and the Sales Team. - Continuously update
knowledge of company products and services to effectively address
customer needs. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all
lead activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. -
Collaborate with other members of the Sales Team to develop
strategies for reaching sales targets. - Stay informed about
industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify
growth opportunities. - Participate in sales training and
continuous development programs to enhance product knowledge and
sales skills. - Participate in trade shows, conferences, and
industry events to promote products and services. Required Skills &
Experience - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related
field. Experience in the wastewater industry is a plus. - 3-5 years
of experience in direct sales or similar position. - Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency with CRM
software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong organizational and
time management skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy.
Compensation & Benefits - $120,000 to $135,000 depending on
relevant experience - Eligible for bonus & Company equity plan -

Expense reimbursement for work-related travel Location & Travel -
Remote within the US, preferably in the Midwest or southeastern US.
- Typical travel ~25%, up to 50% travel in a given month.
