Assistant Manager. Equity Management , a prominent firm leading the
industry in managing corporate trademark licensing programs for
global brands and a valued partner of Verizon FiOS, is in search of
an ambitious and driven Entry Level Assistant Manager in
Providence. This foundational management role will provide you with
hands-on experience in direct sales, team coaching, and operational
support for our exciting Verizon FiOS campaign. As an Entry Level
Assistant Manager, you will gain invaluable experience by first
mastering the direct customer acquisition process for Verizon FiOS,
understanding our products and sales cycles from the ground up. You
will then transition into assisting with the daily operations of a
sales team, providing essential coaching, training, and support to
entry-level representatives. Minimum Qualifications of the Entry
Level Assistant Manager High school diploma or GED equivalent
required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,
Communications, or a related field is a strong asset. 1-2 years of
customer-facing experience with proven communication and
problem-solving skills. Prior experience in team projects,
volunteer work, sports, or informal leadership roles demonstrates
leadership potential. Excellent verbal communication and
interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex information,
building rapport, and motivating others. Highly self-motivated and
results-oriented with a strong work ethic and drive to achieve
individual and team goals. Adaptable and resilient, capable of
thriving in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Highly
organized with strong time management skills, capable of
multitasking and contributing to team efficiency. Reliable and
punctual individual with consistent attendance at scheduled field
activities and team meetings. Proficiency in using mobile devices
or tablets for sales processing, data entry, and team
communication. Daily travel within and around the Providence
metropolitan area is required; therefore, reliable transportation,
a valid driver's license, are mandatory. Ability to stand and walk
for extended periods, as the role involves active field engagement.
