Job Description:
You start your day hungry and enjoy the thrill of hunting and
prospecting for new clients. Intimidation is not in your
vocabulary; you are relentless.
You must have prior success in selling consulting services and
custom digital solutions to C-Suite executives of enterprise
organizations.You are experienced in expediting the sales cycle due
to your ability to create a strong need for change with prospective
clients because of the value you create.
You have strong closing skills driven by an innate ability to
listen and ask the right questions and take pride in getting over
the finish line. You are fearless and rejection-proof, and your
tenacity is what gets you into the 'C' Suite.Your style and poise
keep you there.
You must be willing to work closely with Marketing, Managing
Directors, Legal, and other Sales Leaders to create a sales plan,
identify clients and opportunities, develop the pursuit team, and
ultimately negotiate and close business. You must create and
maintain a pipeline of opportunities with a total value of three
times the sales quota within the Target Account List. You
understand the importance of tracking your behaviors, activities,
and pipeline and are proud to show your efforts on a regular
basis.
You are highly motivated, have a strong network, and are constantly
looking for new business development opportunities. Your
outstanding written and oral communication skills help you bridge
any gap. You must be a self-starter to survive in this environment.
You should have 7+ years of solution sales experience in Technology
and/or Strategic Consulting, Design Research, User Experience,
and/or Enterprise Technology. Previous consulting/creative/digital
agency experience or custom development sales is helpful. You must
have made over $100K in a variable comp plan.
