• The Account Executive will be focused on a strategic sales plan to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth, including prospecting and qualifying leads within their territory.
• The Account Executive will target Mid-Market Employers (35-500) and engage in a consultative sales process with decision-makers.
• The Account Executive is expected to maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Requirements:
  • 2-5+ years of sales experience within the HCM, Payroll, or HR Tech space, focused on Mid-Market (35-500 employees).
  • Strong understanding of business needs, HR challenges, and experience with a consultative sales process, preferably within Payroll, HCM, or HR Services Solutions.
  • Ability to run the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including negotiating contract terms to achieve quota.Location: This is an outside sales position where candidates must be based in the Greater New England area with the ability to meet with customers and partners in the Greater Boston market.Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000Total Comp: $140,000 - $175,000
