This individual will work as part of a collaborative team to assist customers and contribute to the sales growth of the Bank by identifying financial needs, processing transactions efficiently and offering appropriate products or services. Enhances consumer and business relationships by maintaining customer portfolios and staying current on bank solutions to offer appropriate products and services to exceed customer needs. Serves as a trusted advisor. Consults on complex customer inquiries and recognizes and mitigates risk. Knowledgeable at using, advising on and engaging customers in digital and other self-service technology. Maintains commitment to continuous improvement and learning.Requirements: Associate's degree and 1-2 years' related banking experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have an understanding of a consultative relationship building process. Able to work a rotating weekly schedule of Monday through Saturday may be required.
