Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part Time Recruiter to help scale
their team with top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for various roles,
particularly technical and product positions
Source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms to build a
strong candidate pipeline
Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate fit
and experience
Required Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in technical and
product roles
Proficient in ATS systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever,
Breezy)
Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms for
candidate sourcing
Comfortable working independently in a remote, part-time
setting
Available to work during U.S. business hours across time zones
