Position Summary The Assistant General Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. This role partners closely with the General Manager to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and team engagement. You will play a key role in managing profitability by controlling costs, maximizing sales, and supporting full P&L responsibility. In addition, you will help recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent while fostering a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture.
