Job Description:
AccentCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered
Nurse specializing in Behavioral Health within our Home Health
division. This position involves providing top-quality care and
support to patients with behavioral health conditions in the
comfort and privacy of their own homes. By joining our team, you
will play a critical role in enhancing patient outcomes and
maintaining our commitment to delivering personalized, professional
healthcare services. Conduct initial patient assessments and
develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, monitor
patient progress and respond to any emergencies. Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient
care. Educate patients and families on managing mental health
conditions effectively at home. Ensure compliance with all
regulatory and safety standards in home healthcare. Strong clinical
skills in psychiatric nursing. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic health records and
telehealth platforms. Ability to work independently and make
critical decisions in a home care setting. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of
employment. Certification in psychiatric nursing (RN-BC)
preferred.
