Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Float for a travel nursing job in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Float - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel May Starts Only - Nights, 40 Hours Compact License required Care of long term residents at Hanover Terrace in Lebanon NH. Duties include: - medication administration - EMR: PCC (Point Click Care) - proficiency in memory care techniques and protocols - knowledge of MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments for long term care facilities - familiarty with operations in Skilled Nurseing, Sub-Acute and Dementia Units - strong background in case management practices - ability to work effectively in a medical office environment - excelent interpersonal skills. communication and task management strategies - provide support with specialized areas such as PT, OT, SUD and pain management - assessm residnet health problems and develop and implement nursing care plans - monitor resident progress and respond to changes in condition - preferred candidate will have familiarty with some IV skills, IV medications, tube feedings and light wound care.
