Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Lebanon, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,423 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/8/2026 About the Position Job Title: Cardiac Progressive Care RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Progressive Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of recent equivalent experience License: Registered Nurse License or Compact License (Proof of State Residency Required) Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Recent experience with cardiac patients - Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring and telemetry - Experience with complex wounds and management of lines/tubes/drains Description: Cardiac Progressive Care RN needed for unit expansion. The unit provides step-down level of care for cardiology and cardiac surgical patients. It includes care for patients pre and post CHF, on telemetry, and for vascular and pulmonary hypertension. Patient ratios are 1:3 during the day and 1:4-5 during the night, depending on acuity. The role requires familiarity with chest tubes, various medication drips, and post-surgical care. Experience with hemodynamic monitoring, invasive blood pressure monitoring, and various medical devices is necessary. Candidates should be knowledgeable in managing external pacers, epicardial wires, and vasoactive medications. This position involves caring for patients with complex medical needs.
