Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: East Middlebury, VT Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Nights - 5 days Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Description We are seeking a locum Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to provide primary care services in a long-term care setting in Middlebury, VT . This role offers a predictable weekday schedule, no call responsibilities, and a supportive clinical environment. Provide daily medical care to residents in a 98-bed long-term care facility Manage chronic and routine primary care conditions Average patient volume of 8–12 patients per day Standard primary care for long-term care patients No procedures required Collaborate with an experienced APP and nursing team Available for clinical consultation with APP (no leadership or administrative duties) Document care using the EPIC EMR system Requirements Requirements ?
