Family Physician Providence Community Health Centers Outpatient
Primary Care position A rewarding opportunity to bring quality care
to an underserved population in Providence: • Practice is weekday
outpatient primary care – 4 days in clinic, one-day of admin time,
no weekends. • Collaborate with a terrific team of physicians from
all specialties including integrated behavioral health clinicians.
• Lead your team – RN and Medical Assistant – to provide quality
care regardless of the patient’s ability to pay. • Build a panel to
meet your clinical interests. • Enhance your cultural competency

Qualifications and Skills: Board-certified or board-eligible in
Family Medicine with experience and interest in community health
and patient-centered care; Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island; Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification; Multi-lingual highly valued.

QUALIFICATIONS Education – Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Family Medicine. Primary care specialist. Must have or be eligible
for M.D. or D.O. license in Rhode Island. Maintain ongoing
professional education as mandated by state regulation. Maintain
appropriate hospital privileges in accordance with PCHC policies.
