Responsibilities Conduct culturally aware, strength-based
assessments for new clients and families, fostering a welcoming
environment for individuals from various backgrounds. Deliver
customized outpatient therapy for individuals and families,
addressing the specific needs and situations of each client to
promote healing and resilience. Create detailed crisis plans,
safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to
support clients in maintaining stability and empowering their
mental health journeys. Engage in case consultations, agency
meetings, and discharge planning, contributing your insights to
enhance the quality of client care. Ensure the prompt completion of
billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and
insurance authorization forms, maintaining the highest standards of
professional integrity. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team,
including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians,
administrative staff, and fellow therapists, to provide a
comprehensive approach to mental health care. Requirements and
Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling,
Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline. Possession of
a provisional license as required by state regulations. An
educational background that leads to or has resulted in
professional licensing. A strong passion for mental health and a
commitment to delivering high-quality care. A dedication to ongoing
professional development in mental health, including access to free

to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance
client care. A firm commitment to ethical practices and maintaining
confidentiality. Excellent communication skills with the ability to
build rapport with clients and their families. Strong time

compensation practices. The base compensation range for this
position is $42.50 – $47.50 per billable unit. Actual compensation
