to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Lebanon, New Hampshire, 03766!
Delivering safe, high-quality patient care across pediatric to
geriatric populations Developing and revising individualized care
plans based on patient response Coordinating and supervising
patient care activities Accurate documentation of assessments,
treatments, and progress Delegating tasks appropriately within the

Requirements 3 years current Med/Surg experience Previous travel
experience (6 months) EPIC EMR experience (required)
Tele/Progressive Care experience (highly preferred) Active NH or
