Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing or Critical Care nursing, with a solid understanding of patient ratios and acuity. The ideal applicant should hold an active RN license, along with required certifications. Candidates must provide an up-to-date resume that highlights relevant experience and travel history. Recent references as Charge or Manager RN are required. A skills checklist matching the nursing specialty must be completed for consideration. A valid driver's license with an address that matches the submitted demographics is necessary. NURSYS report for license verification must be submitted.
