Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and
efficient medication use within the hospital setting. This role
involves dispensing medications, monitoring drug therapy, providing
clinical interventions, and educating healthcare professionals and
patients. The pharmacist collaborates with physicians, nurses, and
other staff to optimize patient outcomes while adhering to
regulatory and institutional standards.\r\nRequired\r\nBachelor of
Science in Pharmacy degree required.\r\nPharmacist licensure or
eligibility for licensure in the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts.\r\nPreferred\r\nDoctor of Pharmacy degree.\r\nTwo
years experience preferred Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks:90
