Job Title: CT/X-Ray Technologist Profession: Technologist Specialty: Multi-Modality Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours (6 PM - 6 AM) Experience: Minimum 2 years current Imaging/CT/X-Ray experience required License: NH License of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Certifications: BLS, ARRT (CT)(R) Certification required Must-Have: Ability to work independently and hit the ground running. IV Skills required. Proficiency with MediTech, Phillips, Siemens, AGFA DR, Siemens, OEC C-arm highly preferred. Description: This is a CT/X-Ray position. Under the guidance of the CT clinical supervisor, a trained technologist performs all diagnostic procedures. The individual must have knowledge of all pertinent academic areas to produce consistent, high-quality exams. The CT technologist works effectively with patients and physicians. Maintains a cooperative relationship with interdepartmental personnel. Recognizes that the purpose of employment is to prioritize the patient as number one. Puts forth the utmost quality as a technologist. The training received will enable this individual to perform all necessary procedures on patients in all age groups. Personal scrubs of any color are acceptable. All requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. Requests for time off after upload will not be approved. No non-billable orientation is offered. Part of shift/holiday rotation is required.
