We are looking for a compassionate and energetic Physician Assistant-Nurse Practitioner to join our urgent care center group in Methuen, MA. You will find a supportive and welcoming team to work alongside you within our fast-moving Urgent Care Center. The provider will be required to see and treat a wide variety of health care issues in patients of all ages in our busy center.

Duties:
Patient evaluation (HPI, medical history, physical exam, review pertinent records-imaging) (40-50 patients per day)
Performs and documents history and physicals of patients
Evaluates and treats common acute conditions, illnesses, or minor trauma in all ages -peds to geriatrics (UTI, URI, Covid, STI)
Performs in-office minor procedures (lacs-Sutures, I&D)
Orders and reviews diagnostic tests, X-rays, labs, and bloodwork
Consistently and accurately documents all calls, treatments, medications, etc. in patient chart
Instructs and counsels patients regarding diagnosis and follow up steps
Responds to all patient questions
Assists physicians in addressing urgent patient needs as necessary
Collaboration with the physicians, midlevel providers, and support staff for comprehensive care
Performs other duties-projects as assigned
Requirements:
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Degree from an Accredited Program (PA-NP)
Unrestricted PA-NP License in MA
Prefer 2+ years experience as a PA-NP in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting
Current ACLS & PALS certifications
Schedule:
Full time or Part time
12 hour shifts on weekdays (3 days per week), 10 hour shifts on weekends
Compensation (range):
$70-$85 per hour (DOE)
Earning potential up to $165K
