You will be the LTIAMD Chelmsford Development IPT Lead
supporting munitions acceleration with our Lockheed Martin Missiles
& Fire Control (MFC) team, located in the Chelmsford, MA area. Our

Will Be Doing As a LTIAMD Chelmsford Development IPT Lead, you will
be responsible for managing all Chelmsford development scope and
serving as the primary liaison between program management and
Chelmsford. You will work closely with the Program Manager on a
daily basis. Lastly, you will coordinate across functions to meet
quality, cost, and schedule commitments - while ensuring Chelmsford
development programs stay on target. Your responsibilities will
include: • Leading internal Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings
to track program performance metrics, drive critical actions, and
remove barriers to execution • Leading Chelmsford cross-functional
development efforts to ensure successful on-time execution of the
IMS • Partner with the Dallas IPT Lead to synchronize cross site
production activities, exchange status updates, clear production
hurdles, and execute “return to green” recovery plans when
schedules slip • Leading the Production Operations team to ensure
Design for Manufacturing (DFM) is integrated in all phases of
development, and that production readiness is achieved and executed
during development and transition to production • Acting as Cost
Account Manager (CAM) for all Chelmsford production operations
scope to include Production, PP&C, Quality, and Manufacturing
Engineering • Review and track all recurring and non recurring
engineering (NRE) deliverables for the site • Lead continuous
improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, automation,
transformation) that increase production efficiency, quality, and
rate ramp capability • Plan, track, and provide oversight for
PP&C labor, Production QA staffing, and Touch/Support labor
resources, ensuring adequate coverage and status visibility across
the site • Acting as Risk and Opportunity manager, maintaining the
risk register and driving actions in partnership with the Program
Manager and cross-functional teams • Serving as the communications
bridge: translating program strategy and priorities into clear
actions for the cross functional team and elevating feedback/issues
back to program leadership • Coordinating cross-functional support
(Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality) to resolve technical and
process challenges impacting execution • Developing and managing
program schedule plans and hardware support strategies that enable
on-time delivery of development hardware with multiple

This position is in the Chelmsford area. Discover more about our

position is located at a facility that requires special access. The
selected candidate must be able to obtain an interim Secret
clearance prior to start. Basic Qualifications • Bachelors degree
from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent
experience/combined education • Strong organizational skills with
the ability to manage multiple tasks / projects in different phases
• Experience in project/program management and/or production
management • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
through written documentation and verbal means • Seasoned
presenter, able to develop and deliver materials to varying levels
of management • Experienced user of office applications including
MS Word, MS Project, and MS Power Point or the equivalent •
Experience in development through high volume manufacturing
environment (preferably aerospace) with exposure to non recurring
engineering (NRE) and recurring engineering (RE) deliverables •
Ability to build and maintain respectful working relationships;
motivational and self-driven • Ability to obtain a secret security
clearance and must have ability to obtain an interim secret to
start, which requires U.S. citizenship Desired skills • Prior
Program/Project Management or IPT Leadership experience • Strong
cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills • Ability
to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on program
cost, quality, and schedule commitments • Excellent communication
and presentation skills with the ability to tailor to diverse
audiences. • Experience in Risk and Opportunity Management •
Understanding of cost, schedule and quality and how decisions and
actions impacts each element • Works with minimal direction,
comfortable giving and receiving feedback • Effective conflict
resolution skills • Ability to utilize data to identify
schedule/cost slips and use a hands on approach with cross
functional team members to understand the factors (material,
process, personnel, team dynamics) that impact performance and
solution them • Experience managing cost in a manufacturing or
development organization • Effective verbal and written
communication regarding cost, schedule, quality, personnel, and
other issues that impact the line • Experience with Lockheed Martin
policies, systems, and processes • Experience working the defense
industry or in an ISO9001, AS9100 environment • Experience
participating or leading a performance improvement team • Exposure
to Six Sigma Principles and/or Green Belt Certification Lockheed

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
