Description The Senior Project Manager is responsible for:
Completing projects on time and within budget Processing/approving
project invoices & client requisitions on time Monthly cost to
complete/project financial projections Positive client
feedback/satisfaction Effectively collaborating & communicating
with internal/external parties etc. Profile The right Senior
Project Manager will have: 5 years as a Project Manager, running
projects start through completion, with a Commercial GC Completed
ground-up multifamily projects valued around $10M Must be able to
run own projects Must be coming from a commercial General
Contractor Track record of meeting deadlines Local to Scarborough,
Maine Job Offer The Senior Project Manager will receive: Base
salary up to $130k bonus Monthly travel allowance 100% employer
