Our client, a leading Boston based general contractor is seeking a Superintendent for corporate interior projects throughout Boston. With most work located downtown, the firm focuses on delivering exceptional quality, client service, and innovative solutions on projects ranging from $1M-$20M. Description As the Superintendent you will: Lead day-to-day on-site construction activities from start to finish Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to maintain schedule Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, architects, and project managers Conduct daily site walks, progress meetings, and maintain project documentation Resolve field issues in real-time to keep projects on track Manage material deliveries, logistics, and jobsite organization Uphold company standards for professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship Profile The successful Superintendent will have: Experience in high end corporate interiors or Life Science TIs in Downtown Boston Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields Self motivated, able to work independently as well as alongside a team Ability to strategize and manage the client's exposure to Boston markets Able to be successful in a fast-paced environment Ability to work under tight time lines to hit project deadlines Experience with Excel, Planswift, Procore, On Screen, and/or Bluebeam Strong communication and interpersonal skills Have MA-CSL and OSHA certifications Job Offer The Superintendent will receive: Competitive compensation package up to $135,000 100% covered medical and health benefits by employee 401(K) plan PTO Exceptional company culture that provides organic growth MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
