Job Description:

Our client, a manufacturing company located in Taunton, is seeking a Sales Support Assistant to join their team for 6 months, with the potential to extend or convert permanent. This onsite role has hours from 8AM-5PM and it is compensating up to $25 an hour. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration. Responsibilities: Provide administrative and customer service support to a high-volume sales team Prepare, edit, and organize proposals Complete and manage contract templates and project paperwork Enter and organize estimate data for prospective clients to review Perform accurate data entry in QuickBooks Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide professional front desk coverage Qualifications: Highly detail-oriented with strong typing and spreadsheet skills Comfortable working with financial data and contract documents Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general database entry Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
