Salary: $32 - $45 per hour A bit about us: This is an excellent opportunity for an 8-12 month project for an experienced Quality Inspector. Why join us? Competitive Compensation Benefits Strong management team Long term potential Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Follow all documented procedures and instructions. 2. Perform inspections on materials, products and processes per procedures and instructions. 3. Clearly and accurately document the results of inspections on materials, products and processes per procedures and instructions. This can include filling in forms, computer data entry, and accurate filing of documents in a computer data base as well as in filing cabinets. 4. Notify the Quality Manager or their representative of any failure to meet specifications of materials, products or processes. This notification is to be documented on the Non-conforming Material Report. 5. Notify the Quality Manager or their representative of any missing or conflicting specification in the Work Order Packet. 6. Computer data entry for the following Quality Logs. 7. Receiving/Receiving Inspection 8. Non-conforming Material Report Log 9. Non-conforming Material Reports 10. First Article Inspection Log 11. Quality Control Inspection Log 12. Provide “Approval” for acceptable materials, products and processes. 13. File and maintain records of inspections, audits and retains.
