Daily Responsibilities for a Medical Receptionist:

  • Check patients in and out in a courteous and timely manner
  • Answer a multi-line telephone in a prompt and timely fashion
  • Other clerical duties as assigned by management team Requirements for a Medical Receptionist:
    • Must have HS Diploma or GED
    • Must have valid DL
    • At least 6 months of medical front office experience - checking in, checking out, scheduling patients, collecting copayments, answering phones Hours for a Medical Receptionist::
      Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30 pm
