CFS is paired with a real estate property management firm looking to add an Accounting Assistant to their team. This is a great way to learn about property accounting and build your resume with different software. About the Company Seeking an Accounting Assistant: Founded almost thirty years ago, this company helps with all parts of the real estate business from construction, to property management, to property marketing The growth they are experiencing is in line with current real estate projections for the Boston area; this is a stably growing entity Hybrid working environment Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant Role: Scan AP invoices and index them to be approved for payment Get W-9 from Property Administrators for setting up new vendors in MRI Upload monthly recurring invoices to be processed Batch invoices for check run and process Maintain cash worksheet for AP and AR Other ad hoc projects as necessary Qualifications for the Accounting Assistant: 3-5 years' experience in AP/AR functions Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, or experience equivalent Experience in property management/real estate preferred Previous knowledge of MRI and/or Yardi is also preferred INJUN2025 ZRCFS
